About the Role
Peloton is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team on a full-time term to cover a maternity leave for 18 months.
As a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll provide knowledge and guidance in all aspects of HR. You’ll work closely with the Chief Brand & Culture Officer to ensure stakeholders are supported. You are organized and self-motivated to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on organizational requirements. In addition, you are passionate about working with people and will act as the first point of contact to address questions, concerns, and guidance on company policies and procedures. As our team is rapidly growing, a big focus of your daily responsibilities will be workforce planning to support the full recruitment cycle to source the most qualified candidates.
More specifically, the Human Resources Advisor will:
- Develop job descriptions and job postings, screen applicants, coordinate and conduct interviews, and draft and extend offers.
- Manage, organize, and conduct new employee onboarding, including preparing onboarding materials, delivering HR orientation sessions, and facilitating and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate with Payroll, IT, and Risk & Compliance teams to ensure employee onboarding and offboarding comply with standard HR processes.
- Work with the Chief Brand & Culture Officer to analyze data, develop recommendations, and plan initiatives.
- Plan, promote, and execute formal and informal engagement activities.
- Develop and refine corporate policies in accordance with the shifting legislative landscape, evolving social/cultural environment, and corporate needs.
- Prepare and update HR documentation, including but not limited to compensation adjustments, role changes, employment and contractor agreements, employment verifications, performance management, and option agreements.
- Perform other duties, as required.

Need to Haves…
You have a degree or diploma in Human Resources and 2+ years of experience as an HR professional.
You’ll bring your experience:
- Foundational knowledge of HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of HR competencies
- Developing human resources policies to align with organizational strategy and frameworks
- Interpreting and applying legislation and regulations
- Managing human resources databases and making decisions based on data
- Understanding the needs of the employees and organizational performance objectives
- Establishing an ongoing commitment to the health, safety, and wellness of employees
- Composing well-organized and professional documents
to Peloton Technologies' dynamic and creative environment. Please note that specific experience in these technologies is not required. If you have the right capabilities and understanding and experience in comparable technologies, you will be equally considered.

Salary: $69,000-$84,171.82/year
